The King of Cheeses does not need any presentations. We select directly the production areas to get the best curing and quality of this cheese. Curing in our cellars allows the refinement of its taste and ensures the consistency of the product.
We have several types of parmesan cheese according to the desired aging - 12, 24 and 30 months - and according to the area of production - Mountain or Plain Dairy Farms -. Parmigiano Reggiano made exclusively from the milk of Red Cows completes our selection.
It is produced using only fresh milk and following strict disciplinary guidelines starting from the cows feeding up to the cut of the finished product.
