Lour breeding, raw material and food security
||For the production of our cured meats, we only use the meat of ITALIAN adult heavy pigs, the same used for the production of the most important PDOs in Italy.
Furthermore, most of the pigs come from our own breeding, where an important genetic selection, over the years, has been made in order to improve the quality of the raw material.
In our breeding we have always paid particular attention to pig nutrition by carefully selecting the pig feed used.
Part of nutrition also comes from our family farming.
In this way, the entire production chain is monitored.
